Conceptualized and executed a vintage New York talk show aesthetic. The client requested a city backdrop that came alive and mirrored the energy of Los Angeles nightlife. I programmed a custom LED lightbox and hand-installed it into a large-format backdrop, which I also prepared and finished to match approved concepts. A custom desk was designed and fabricated to emulate iconic talk shows such as The Johnny Carson Show and The Tonight Show. Custom neon signage was also designed and built. The client enjoyed the set so much that he later commissioned a matching version in New York, adjusted to reflect the city’s distinct skyline and lighting.
